The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the Sweden may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Nutrinovate has no control over these charges, nor can Nutrinovate predict what they may be.

All prices are quoted in Euro including VAT, excluding shipping. For deliveries outside Sweden there will be an additional shipping cost.

Reserol AB normally handles your order within a day (weekdays) from order until such time as the goods leave our warehouse, provided we have the product in stock. Once the goods have left our warehouse, delivery responsibilities transfer to shipping companies that deliver your order to the time schedule for the chosen shipping method. Reserol AB cannot give any delivery schedule guarantee for goods not in stock at the time of ordering or for goods that have left our warehouse. This means that while we will strive to deliver every order as quickly as possible, the total delivery time before the goods reach you may be longer than that specified as normal for the chosen shipping method.

The customer always has the right to cancel the purchase if delivery is delayed. There may be circumstances that make it impossible for us to complete the order in the time you require. Please contact our customer service if you wish to cancel your purchase.


We offer secure card payment with VISA and MasterCard / Eurocard and American Express. No additional card charges are made. No card details are stored with us. They are saved by our payment partner PayEx. Card payments are handled by PayEx which is PCI-DSS certified. This means that they follow the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. It is the highest standard of safety in the industry and includes all handling of data. All card processing occurs SSL-encrypted (Secure Socket Layer). have the right to do a credit check where required to grant credit. As a customer, you agree to pay in time for the selected payment method. Payment after the due date could lead to default charges and interest.


As a customer, you always have 14 days under the Distance and Doorstep Selling Act. The withdrawal period begins to run from the date you received the goods. One condition is that the goods are unused and undamaged. If the goods are not in the same state we may make a price deduction equal to the product's depreciation.

When you contact us, we usually need the following information to make your interaction as satisfying as possible:

  • Order number (found in your order confirmation, delivery note or invoice)

  • Number and names of the products to be returned wil confirm that the return is allowed and that the withdrawal period has not passed before the goods are sent back. The return shall be made with normal postal packaging and the customer pays for return postage cost. The customer is responsible for the product until it has reached us. Returns may not be sent as cash on delivery.

Once we have received and checked the returned item, we will refund the full purchase price including any shipping cost (not return shipping), but no later than within 30 days under the Distance Contracts. We credit the return sum on the card with which you paid.


If you have received a defective product we ask you to immediately contact our customer service. Describe the problem in as much detail as possible. If we cannot solve the problem, we will simply send you a replacement. Claims must be made in accordance with the instructions given by us. In any dispute, we follow the Consumer Complaints Board recommendations.
